This Sunday, April 26 – Fourth Sunday of Easter Our preaching/teaching text this Sunday will be I John 3: 16-24. Hymns for this Sunday include ‘The Church’s One Foundation’ and ‘They’ll Know We Are Christians’. Brian will also be leading us in some congregational singing broken into parts (it promises to be a fun morning musically). Our monthly mission focus continues to be the Easter Offering of the Christian Church, Partners in Mission. This special offering helps support the ministries of our tradition from our door steps and into the wider world. Disciples of Christ continue to make significant in the world around us. Together these funds are sent to be combined with the giving of other Disciples throughout the US and Canada. Once these gifts are joined together, like bread and fish.....they will be multiplied to help in so many ways. Simply place this additional offering in a separate envelope marked Easter fund or indicate as such in the memo line of a check. Thanks for joining so many other Disciples in helping bring the Easter experience alive for so many.
